Andrei is a designer-developer hybrid who specializes in bringing digital ideas to life. He brings startup and product management experience, gained as product development team leader at a Boston-based startup, later acquired by a half-billion-market-cap established player, Intralinks. Andrei specializes in bridging the gaps between backend, frontend and the user and has nurtured a keen eye for the easiest path between users and their goal. Thanks to his dual citizenship (US and Romania), he can scale up design and development by accessing talent on both sides of the Atlantic. His latest passion is working in Fintech and with emerging financial products, using machine learning and algorithmic trading.

Alan has more than 40 years of experience as a corporate and securities attorney, investment banker, business and financial advisor, and entrepreneur/senior executive of both private and public companies. Mr. Jacobs has been an investment banker and owner of licensed broker/dealers in New York and Florida specializing in financings and advisory services of growing companies primarily in healthcare and technology. He has been responsible for raising more than $750 million for a wide range of companies and is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Columbia Law School.

In addition to her studies she spent many years working in the hospitality Industry strengthening her interpersonal, communication and team building skills. Abbie recently became Assistant to the President of CorpFin Management Group, a business management company, through which she was introduced to Worthy. Recognizing the incredible value and opportunity that Worthy presents, particularly to Millennials like herself, she joined the team as Director of Millennial Services.
